This season's race car was our first ever to pass inspections and drive under its own power at Formula Hybrid. Despite unexpected difficulties that left the car running at 25% capacity at competition, we still placed 8th in dynamic events.

The 2015-2016 car made major improvements to the structure and powered systems of the previous year's vehicle. It is the final car built around PRE's first chassis. Each of the rear wheels is driven by a 30 kW brushed DC motor via chain drive and CV axle. The motors are powered by a 5.2 kWh Enerdel LiFePO4 battery pack divided between two aluminum boxes mounted in side-pods. The bodywork consists of both aluminum and fiberglass panels.
