Suspension is critical for absorbing any forces from the car's weight, braking, turning, and bumps, so that the rest of the car stays intact. Our suspension team is responsible for the components that transfer these forces from the tires to the dampers. We model these parts in CAD, then conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure they can withstand the necessary forces. All of these components are manufactured in our machine shop, and we work with our welding team to integrate them onto the chassis.
