We make the platform which connects every component of the car, and ensure the car is stable under all driving conditions. Our chassis team is responsible for all MK3 mechanical structures that hold the car together, from drivetrain structures that support the motors to suspension systems that ensure stable driving. We use NX CAD software to design the mechanical components alongside FEA to optimize parts for strength & efficiency. We use OptimumKinematics for suspension optimization and vehicle dynamics simulations. We then manufacture all of our components in-house with manual & CNC milling.
